On January 31st, Dr. Eline Smit received the Young Talent Award from the Association for Researchers in Psychology and Health (ARPH). The ARPH Young Talent Award is an award for talented early-career researchers in the field of psychology and health, taking into account criteria as quality of publications, innovativeness of the research, scientific and societal impact, as well as relevance for the aims of ARPH, i.e. to stimulate and coordinate the academic study and application of psychological approaches to health and illness within Belgium and/or The Netherlands. The award was handed to Eline during this year’s ARPH conference, held in Egmond aan Zee.
The program Persuasive Communication addresses those communication processes that are intended to achieve specific persuasive goals, as is the case in, for instance, marketing communication, health education, and public information campaigns.
