Research:
My PhD project aims to investigate antecedents and consequences of consumers’ intentional public affiliations with organizations (i.e., Consumer Endorsements). The main question of my project is why consumers endorse organizations (profit or non-profit), and how organizations can motivate consumers to endorse them.
