Research: My PhD project aims to investigate antecedents and consequences of consumers’ intentional public affiliations with organizations (i.e., Consumer Endorsements). The main question of my project is why consumers endorse organizations (profit or non-profit), and how organizations can motivate consumers to endorse them.
The program Persuasive Communication addresses those communication processes that are intended to achieve specific persuasive goals, as is the case in, for instance, marketing communication, health education, and public information campaigns.
