Research: My research sets out to study how consumers voice their opinions about products and brands in online social networks, and how this affects the opinions of other consumers. Specifically, it aims to gain more insight into the way electronic word of mouth (eWOM) affects consumer judgment by disentangling the relations between eWOM content, social network factors, source effects and credibility.
Teaching: Media Strategies
