Research: The aim of my work is to gain more insight into the way personalized marketing communication influences consumers by exploring the relationship between the type of personalization and attention, information processing, attitude, intention, and behavior, while taking personal and situational factors into account.

Our program
The program Persuasive Communication addresses those communication processes that are intended to achieve specific persuasive goals, as is the case in, for instance, marketing communication, health education, and public information campaigns.
