Interests: As former program group director of Persuasive Communication I aim to make our group visible, to connect the various themes we cover, and to create a stimulating atmosphere to work in. I have been actively involved with SWOCC for many years, currently as chair of the board (http://www.swocc.nl). I am also active as president of the European Advertising Academy (http://www.icoria.org), scientific director of the Graduate School of Communication (http://www.gsc.uva.nl) since May 1st 2013, and member of the Privacy Authority of the DDMA (http://ddma.nl/blog/privacy/).
