Research: My broad research interest is in the realm of customer experience. I currently focus on two areas: (1) the impact of online ratings and reviews on consumers’ attitude formation, purchase decision, and subsequent experience, and (2) the impact of strategic business decisions (such as outsourcing of certain services) and the way they are communicated on consumer perceptions.
