Marijn Meijers wins NeSCoR Dissertation Award 2016

Marijn Meijers, Assistant Professor Persuasive Communication, receives the NeSCoR Dissertation Award 2016.

The NeSCoR Dissertation Award is an annual award for the best doctoral dissertation in Communication Science in the Netherlands. According to the jury, Marijn’s dissertation stood out because of its theoretical contribution, methodological soundness, societal relevance, and quality of writing. Marijn’s dissertation was written at ASCoR and supervised by prof. dr. Edith Smit and prof. dr. ir. Peeter Verlegh.

The award was handed over at the Etmaal Conference in Amsterdam on February 4.
