Anne Roos Smink won the ‘Doctoral Dissertation Grant 2017’ from the American Academy of Advertising. With this award, her PhD project will receive funding from the AAA. The PhD project focuses on Augmented Reality Applications and is supervised by Prof. dr. Peter Neijens, dr. Guda van Noort, and dr. Eva van Reijmersdal. The award will be announced at the AAA conference in Boston in March.
The program Persuasive Communication addresses those communication processes that are intended to achieve specific persuasive goals, as is the case in, for instance, marketing communication, health education, and public information campaigns.
